Fourth Graders in Lindsay's and Damaris's class made and sold silk-screened cards and bags with an eco-message. The funds raised were donated to the Gowanus Canal Conservancy.
Lindsay: "A group of four students created a design. We then ordered two silk screens with that desgin, one to make t-shirts and canvas bags and a small one to make postcards. They printed t-shirts for the class (with shirts kids brought in) and bags and postcards to sell at our Stewardship Share."
