Ingredients:  

• Water
• Red Cabbage Water (Changes color with acids and bases.)
• "Lemon" Powder  (Acid)
• Baking Soda (Base)
• Salt
• Clear liquid soap (Base)

Mix in some 5 and 6 year old "mad" scientists...
