Chef George Edwards prepared potato leek pie and pear apple crisp with fresh New York State produce. In exchange, we gave him some of our BNS farm grown sunchokes and herbs.

Sadly, there are no pictures of the pear apple crisp...it was all gone by the time this blogger showed up.
