Farm to Cafeteria with George Edwards

To quote a first grader:  "Yum Yum Yum"

Chef George Edwards prepared potato leek pie and pear apple crisp with fresh New York State produce.   In exchange, we gave him some of our BNS farm grown sunchokes and herbs.
