Sofrito to those of you who don't read first grade.   The label spellings are unique, but so is the opportunity to prepare this traditional seasoning with BNS farm ingredients.  

Cutting  Cilantro/Coriander

Flower to fruit--pepper

Harvesting potatoes...making room for garlic seeds

I've been told that soup flavored with sofrito is next on the menu.
